Sign up for our maintenance contract and save: 5% off Seasonal repairs or 15% off Annual repairs.

*Customers with more than one HVAC unit will be charged a one-time fee of $89 for each additional unit, in addition to the selected annual or seasonal inspection fee. *

☐ Seasonal Inspection Plan - 5% Off Repairs, Includes seasonal tuneup and system check. Heating Inspection (Starting Nov 1st): (15 Point Inspection) OR A/C Inspection (Starting April 1st): refrigerant condition check, condenser treatment.
Price: $99

☐ Heating Inspection (Gas or Heat Pump) – Once Per Year (Spring or Fall)
Price: $99/year

What’s Included
  • Electrical Inspection: Inspection of wiring, connections, capacitors, contactors, safety controls, and operating voltage.
  • Refrigerant Check
  • Expanded Electrical Inspection: Heat pumps only due to reversal valve and heat strip.
  • Condenser Treatment: Helps maintain condenser air flow and efficient operation.
  • Flame Pattern & Color Check (Gas Systems): Burner flame is inspected for proper color and pattern to identify combustion or safety concerns.
  • Refrigerant operating conditions
  • Identifying potential leaks 
Payment Terms
  • Repair discounts are available only to clients enrolled in either our seasonal or annual maintenance plan.
  • Annual and Seasonal plans must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify Baker Mechanical LLC as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled, late, or missed without notice, may be subject to a service fee. Someone must be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
